White rice : 2 cup (Soaked)
Coconut : 1/2 cup
Boiled rice : 1/2 of the coconut taken
Sugar : 1 tsp
Yeast : a pinch
Salt : as per taste
Water : as reqd
Instructions
Grind all ingredients in Mixer Grinder. Keep the mixture aside for fermentation (about 6 to 8 hrs).

Place the oiled pan over a medium flame. Pour the batter at the center and rotate the pan as shown in the figure.

Serve it hot with sweetened coconut milk or coconut chutney.
