  • White rice : 2 cup (Soaked)
  • Coconut : 1/2 cup
  • Boiled rice : 1/2 of the coconut taken
  • Sugar : 1 tsp
  • Yeast : a pinch
  • Salt : as per taste
  • Water : as reqd


  • Grind all ingredients in Mixer Grinder. Keep the mixture aside for fermentation (about 6 to 8 hrs).

  • Place the oiled pan over a medium flame. Pour the batter at the center and rotate the pan as shown in the figure.
