Ingredients

Vegetables : 1 cup
Green chily : 4 nos
Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
Coconut : 1 cup
Cumin seeds :1 tsp
Shallot : 5 nos
Mustard : 2 tsp
Curd : ½ cup
Salt : to taste
Instructions
Cook vegetables using turmeric powder salt and little water.

Grind and mix coconut ,green chilly and cumin seeds using a mixer.
Then mix the matter with curd.
When vegetables get cooked add the mixed matter to it and reduce flame.

Stir well and off flame.
Heat a pan add oil in it and add mustard when it gets hot.
When it splutters add shallot to it and sauté it well.
Then pour this matter to the vegetable.
Stir well and its ready to serve.
Its an easy and tasty method to make aviyal it will take only 15 mint to cook.
