Ingredients
  

  • Vegetables : 1 cup
  • Green chily : 4 nos
  • Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
  • Coconut : 1 cup
  • Cumin seeds :1 tsp
  • Shallot : 5 nos
  • Mustard : 2 tsp
  • Curd : ½ cup
  • Salt : to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook vegetables using turmeric powder salt and little water.
  • Enter Step
  • Grind and mix coconut ,green chilly and cumin seeds using a mixer.
  • Then mix the matter with curd.
  • When vegetables get cooked add the mixed matter to it and reduce flame.
  • Enter Step
  • Stir well and off flame.
  • Heat a pan add oil in it and add mustard when it gets hot.
  • When it splutters add shallot to it and sauté it well.
  • Then pour this matter to the vegetable.
  • Stir well and its ready to serve.
  • Its an easy and tasty method to make aviyal it will take only 15 mint to cook.
