Ingredients

Rice flour : 1 cup
Coconut : ½ cup
Jaggery : ½ cup
Salt : to taste
Water : as needed
Oil : 1tsp
Instructions
Grate jaggery first and then heat a pan add oil to it and add jaggery to it.
Allow it to get melt.

Then add coconut to it.
Stir well.
When it sauted well ,off the flame.
Then heat another pan add water to it and when it boils add rice flour and salt,stir well and off the flame.
Then make it a smooth dough.
Take little from the dough and make it flat.
To this add little of coconut matter.
Then close it by making ball shaped or as u like.
Then using a steamer or idli maker cook it.
Serve hot or chilled.
