Easter Special Kozhukatta

Homemade Sweet Kozhukatta

Ingredients
  

  • Rice flour : 1 cup
  • Coconut : ½ cup
  • Jaggery : ½ cup
  • Salt : to taste
  • Water : as needed
  • Oil : 1tsp

Instructions
 

  • Grate jaggery first and then heat a pan add oil to it and add jaggery to it.
  • Allow it to get melt.
  • Enter Step
  • Then add coconut to it.
  • Stir well.
  • When it sauted well ,off the flame.
  • Then heat another pan add water to it and when it boils add rice flour and salt,stir well and off the flame.
  • Then make it a smooth dough.
  • Take little from the dough and make it flat.
  • To this add little of coconut matter.
  • Then close it by making ball shaped or as u like.
  • Then using a steamer or idli maker cook it.
  • Serve hot or chilled.
