First mix the baking powder and wheat flour.
Then pour milk to a mixer.
Add the wheat flour mix to it .
Grind it well and to this add egg ,sugar and salt and grind again and make it a smooth matter.
Then pour the matter to a bowl and keep it for 3 hours.
Then heat the pan ( if possible use velleappa chatty ) add oil or dalda to it and when it gets hot.
To this pour little of the matter and move it to circular.
Then close the pan and allow it to get cooked .
When it cooked transfer to the serving plate.
It can be taken with both veg and non veg currys .
