For Marination :
Fish Boneless : 1/2 K gm
Mustard Paste : 1/2 Tsp
White Pepper : 1/2 Tsp
Black Pepper : 1/2 Tsp
Salt : 1/2 Tsp
FOR BATTER :
Plain Flour : 1/2 Cup
Oil : 2 Tsp
Baking Powder : 1/2 Tsp
Salt : 1/2 Tsp
Ice Cold Water :As Required
Instructions
Marinate the fish with mustard paste , white pepper , black pepper & salt.
Keep this for half an hour.
After marinating, prepare the batter.
Dip the fish into the batter and shallow fry the fish till it's color become golden-brownish.
Now enjoy the CRISPY FRY FISH with ketchup or any sauce.
