Fry the onion and ginger in the oil in a pan till the color changes.
Now add the chillies and fry till its shrunken.
Add the onions and sauté till it turns golden brown.
Add the parsley and fry for about a minute.
Add the chilli flakes and pepper (this step is purely optional).
Add the soya sauce and saute.
Add little water and let it cook for about 2 minutes .
Add the chicken, wait for 3 to 5 minutes for the chicken to blend with the mixture.
Pour the corn flour paste and mix it well. The gravy would come to thick consistency as soon as the corn flour paste is added.
According to the texture of the gravy needed adjust the water or the corn flour paste.
Wait for about 5 minutes and remove it from flame and transfer to the serving bowl.
