Watermelon : 3 cups
Onion : ¾ cup
Lime juice : 2 tsp
Cheese : ¾ cup
Fresh mint : 1 cup
Instructions
Cut the watermelon into thin pieces and remove the seeds.
Squeeze the lemon juice.
Thinly slice the onion and immerse in the lime juice for 10 minutes.
In a bowl add the watermelon and the lime soaked onions, add the grated cheese.
Add the mint leaves.
Toss it and serve.
