  • Watermelon : 3 cups
  • Onion : ¾ cup
  • Lime juice : 2 tsp
  • Cheese : ¾ cup
  • Fresh mint : 1 cup


  • Cut the watermelon into thin pieces and remove the seeds.
  • Squeeze the lemon juice.
  • Thinly slice the onion and immerse in the lime juice for 10 minutes.
  • In a bowl add the watermelon and the lime soaked onions, add the grated cheese.
  • Add the mint leaves.
  • Toss it and serve.
