Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into thin pieces and remove the seeds.
- Squeeze the lemon juice.
- Thinly slice the onion and immerse in the lime juice for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl add the watermelon and the lime soaked onions, add the grated cheese.
- Add the mint leaves.
- Toss it and serve.
