Easy Egg Wrap

Easy Egg Wrap recipe is very versatile and you can add any herb or vegetable to the eggs or as a topping. This tasty morning meal will fill your family up with protein and veggies.

Ingredients
  

  • Egg : 2 nos
  • Green Capsicums : 2 nos
  • Peas : 1cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste :1½ tsp
  • Curd : 1 cup
  • Red Chilli Powder : 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala : 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander Powder : 1 tsp
  • Chaat Masala : 1 tsp
  • Oil : 1½ tsp
  • Salt : to taste
  • Corn flour : 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce : 1 tsp
  • Chappathi : 2 nos

Instructions
 

  • Keep the masala powders ready – chilly powder, coriander powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, chat masala and pepper powder.
  • In a pan add oil and sauté the onion.
  • Add the peas, capsicum and mint leaves when the onion turns color.
  • Add all the masalas and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Cut the boiled egg into small pieces and add it to the mixture and fry for a minute and remove from flame.
  • In a pan break the other egg and make an omeltte, before turning the other side place the chapathi over it.
  • Let the egg stick with the chappathi.
  • Fill in the mixture.
  • Serve hot with sauce.
