Ingredients

Paneer : 50 gm (grated)
Bread Slice :4 nos ( Brown Bread)
Capsicum : 1/4 cup (cut into small pieces)
Chopped Onion : 1/4 cup
Coriander : ¼ cup chopped
Salt : to taste
Oil : 2 tsp
Chat Masala : 1 pinch
Garam masala : 1 pinch
Chilly powder : 1 tsp
Coriander powder : ½ tsp
Pepper powder : ½ tsp
Corn flour : 2 tsp
Instructions
Set all the ingredients ready.

Mix all the ingredients. Dip bread slices in a cup of water for 2 seconds and squeeze bread slices between palms. Then place the mixture in the bread.
The wetness in the bread would suffice to pocket it, else apply the corn flour paste to cover the opening.
Heat a tawa / pan and add little oil on it and fry till both sides are cooked.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
