Boiled rice : 1 cup
Methi (fenugreek leaves) : ½ cup
Onion : 1 no
Salt : as needed
Oil : to fy
Instructions
In a cup take the boiled rice.
To this add the chopped onions and methi.
Sprinkle salt and chilly powder, mix it well.
Heat oil, add the mixed ingredients.
Stain excess oil and serve hot with sauce.
