Chop the onions.
Grate the cheese and add it to the chopped onions.
Add the chopped capsicum and the coriander leaves.
Sprinkle the chilly and coriander powder.
Add salt as well and mix it well.
Cut the bread into slices diagonally.
In a bowl take the gram flour, rice flour, baking soda, chilly powder and salt.
Add little water to a dosa batter consistency.
Stuff the bread and dip in this batter and fry it in oil.
Stain the excess oil and serve hot with sauce.
