Ingredients
  

  • Ivy Gourd : 8 to 10 nos
  • Gram flour : 2 tsp
  • Rice flour : 1 tsp
  • Chilly powder : 1 tsp
  • Jeera powder : ½ tsp
  • Salt : as needed
  • Oil : to fy

Instructions
 

  • Cut the Ivy gourd into thin long strips.
  • Add the dry ingredients mentioned and little water.
  • Mix it well.
  • Deep fry in oil.
  • Stain oil and serve with sauce.
