Add yogurt, meat, ginger and garlic paste, salt, green chilli (crushed), red chilli, and turmeric in a bowl .

Put it in the fridge for half an hour.
Golden-brown the onions by adding them in oil (as required).

Add mixed meat in the oil when onions become golden-brown then cook it and after that let it cook under cover at low flame for half an hour.
When meat becomes soft cook it for 5 minutes.
