Naadan Green Gram Bonda

Ingredients
  

  • Green gram : 1 small cup cooked
  • Coconut : ½ cup grated
  • Jaggery : as needed
  • Salt : pinch
  • Oil : as needed
  • Maida : 1 cup

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add the green grams and smash it well.
  • Enter Step
  • Add the jaggery to it.
  • Then add the grated coconut.
  • Mix it well.
  • Make them into small balls.
  • In another bowl add maida and make them into thick paste.
  • Enter Step
  • Dip the ball into maida paste.
  • Fry it in oil. Just wait till the sides are brown and remove it. Since we have already cooked the green gram no need for frying it long.
  • Serve hot. Yummy snack is ready.
