Rice flour : 500 gm
Roasted gram powder : 50 gm
Butter : 50 gm
Chilly powder : 1 tsp
Jeera / cumin : 1 tsp
Sesame seeds : 1 tsp
Asafoetida? : as needed
Salt : as needed
Oil : to fry
Instructions
Mix the rice flour and roasted gram powder with the chilly powder, asafoetida?, jeera, sesame seeds, salt and butter.

Mix it all together by adding little water.
The dough should not be so thick or watery.
Fill the stuff in the murukku vessel.
Press it and get the murukku shape.
Fry them in oil.
Serve hot.
