Paneer Da Saag

Ingredients
  

  • Crumbled paneer : 250 gm
  • Finely chopped onion : 1 no
  • 30 nos Finely chopped spinach leaves : 25
  • Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp
  • Coriander powder : ½ tsp
  • Finely chopped tomato : 1 no
  • Red chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • Salt : as reqd
  • Oil : as reqd

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Non- stick pan is preferred over conventional pan for healthy eating as it requires less oil for cooking purpose.
  • Add chopped onions to the oil and cook till pink.
  • Now add chopped spinach to the cooked onion and keep it for about 4 - 5 minutes.
  • Add chopped tomato and cook it for a while.
  • Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder and cook it till you see oil getting separated from the masala.
  • Now add paneer and cook properly till paneer gets blended in the mixture. Keep mixing.
  • Add salt and cook for another 2 minutes.
