Crumbled paneer : 250 gm
Finely chopped onion : 1 no

Finely chopped spinach leaves : 25
Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp
Coriander powder : ½ tsp
Finely chopped tomato : 1 no
Red chilli powder : 1 tsp
Salt : as reqd
Oil : as reqd
Instructions
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Non- stick pan is preferred over conventional pan for healthy eating as it requires less oil for cooking purpose.
Add chopped onions to the oil and cook till pink.
Now add chopped spinach to the cooked onion and keep it for about 4 - 5 minutes.
Add chopped tomato and cook it for a while.
Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder and cook it till you see oil getting separated from the masala.
Now add paneer and cook properly till paneer gets blended in the mixture. Keep mixing.
Add salt and cook for another 2 minutes.
