Ingredients

Boiled bitter gourd : ½ k gm
Red chilli powder : 2 tsp
Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
Finely chopped onions : 2 nos
Finely chopped green chilli : 1 no
Dry mango powder : 1 tsp
Finely chopped Fenugreek leaves : 250 gm
Salt : as reqd
Oil : as reqd
Instructions
Take oil in a pan and add chopped green chilli.
Now add chopped onions and cook till it turns pink.
Cut the boiled bitter guard into small pieces and add to the cooked onions.
Close the lid of the pan after adding little amount of water and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Add Fenugreek leaves, salt and turmeric powder. Mix well and again cook it for 5 minutes.
When bitter guard gets blended in the methi properly, add red chilli powder, dry mango powder and again cook for 2 minutes.
Ready to serve.
