In a vessel heat water. When it starts boiling and leaves the steam, in another vessel cut the butter as cubes and chocolate as well and let it steam.
Let it gets melted and blend well.
Remove from flame and keep it aside.
In another vessel, mix maida and egg. Beat well so that there are no lumps. To this add vanilla essence and mix.
Mix this to the chocolate mixture.
Butter the mould and fold with maida on all sides and bottom.
Fill in the mixture to half the mould.
Pre heat the oven for about 10 minutes, bake the cake then for about 15 minutes in 150 degree
celsius.
Remove when the sides are baked and the centre is soft.
Enjoy the lava flowing from the center.
: - Sugar can be added if the bitter taste of the chocolate is not liked.
This can be frozen and had as well, either way it taste good.
