Butter : 100 gm
Maida : 100 gm
Milk : 1 Ltr
Cheese : 50 gm
Pasta : 100 gram
Parsley : a few
Instructions
Melt butter in a pan.
When the butter is melted completely, add maida and fry tillthe smell goes off. Do not let it change the color.
Add little milk and let it cook.
Wait till comes to thick consistency.
Whenit gets to thick consistency add some more milk. Likewise do for about two tothree times.
When it comes to sauce consistency add the cheese grated.
When the sauce is done add the boiled pasta and mix well forabout 2 minutes for the pasta to be coated.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle parsley and cheeseand serve hot.
