Easy to Cook Cheese Cream Pasta

  • Butter : 100 gm
  • Maida : 100 gm
  • Milk : 1 Ltr
  • Cheese : 50 gm
  • Pasta : 100 gram
  • Parsley : a few


  • Melt butter in a pan.
  • When the butter is melted completely, add maida and fry tillthe smell goes off. Do not let it change the color.
  • Add little milk and let it cook.
  • Wait till comes to thick consistency.
  • Whenit gets to thick consistency add some more milk. Likewise do for about two tothree times.
  • When it comes to sauce consistency add the cheese grated.
  • When the sauce is done add the boiled pasta and mix well forabout 2 minutes for the pasta to be coated.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle parsley and cheeseand serve hot.
