Paneer Bonda

Simple Bonda With Paneer

Ingredients
  

  • Gram flour : 1/2 cup
  • Maida : 2 tsp
  • Chilli powder : 1/2 tsp
  • Salt : to taste
  • Cooking Soda : a pinch
  • For paneer balls
  • Crumbled paneer : 1 cup
  • Corn flour : 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste : 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala : 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin powder : 1/4 tsp
  • Chat masala : 1/4 tsp
  • Salt : to taste
  • Oil : for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • Crumble the paneer and mix in all the ingredients. Divideinto small tight balls.
  • For the batter, take the ingredients in a bowl, slowly add waterand make a semi thick batter.
  • Roll the paneer balls in the batter.
  • Heat a kadai with oil.
  • Fry the balls.
  • Enjoy as such or with sauce.
