Ingredients
  

  • Parsley : few
  • Mint leaves : few
  • Chillies : as needed
  • Paneer : 100 gm
  • Salt : as needed

Instructions
 

  • In a mixer, grind mint leaves parsley and chillies and makethem into a paste.
  • Place the paneer in the green chutney and roll it.
  • Let it marinate for about 2 hours.
  • Place it in skewers.
  • Place it in Griller and grill for about 10 minutes in 160C.
  • When done, serve hot.
