Parsley : few
Mint leaves : few
Chillies : as needed
Paneer : 100 gm
Salt : as needed
Instructions
In a mixer, grind mint leaves parsley and chillies and makethem into a paste.
Place the paneer in the green chutney and roll it.
Let it marinate for about 2 hours.
Place it in skewers.
Place it in Griller and grill for about 10 minutes in 160C.
When done, serve hot.
