Bhoondi : 100 gm
Curd/yoghurt : 400 gm
Jeera powder / roasted cumin powder : ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder : ¼ tsp
Black salt or rock salt as reqd : ½ tsp
Sugar : 1tsp
Chopped coriander leaves : few
Instructions
Warm water in a pan and add the boondi to it. Let them soak for 10-15 minutes.
Put the bhoondi in a colander and drain off the water.
Whisk the yogurt in a bowl.4) Add the sugar, rock salt and stir well.
Add the boondi and garnish with red chili powder, roasted cumin powder and coriander leaves.
Bhoondi raita can be served cold or at room temperature.
