Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onions and sauté till translucent.
Add sweet corn kernels, and all the dry masala and salt.
Add 4-5 tbsp water, cover the kadai and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes. Dry up all the water.
Squeeze lemon juice on the corn and transfer to a serving bowl.
Now sprinkle with sev and chopped coriander leaves.
Serve immediately. The sev should be crisp.
