Corriander leaves : 1 cup
Chopped capsicum : ½ cup
Chopped onion : ½ cup
Chopped chilly : 4
Chopped ginger : ¼ tsp
Chopperd Garlic : ¼ tsp
Chili powder : ½ tsp
Pepper powder : ½ tsp
Chopped curry leaves : few
Baking soda : one pinch
Salt : as reqd
Instructions
Put the gram in water for some time and remove the water.
Grind 1 to 9 ingredients together in a mixer grinder.
Put salt and baking soda into it and mix them well.4) Make small balls from the mixture. Make the shape of cutlet with each ball.
Fry them in oil.6) Serve hot with tomato sauce.
