Ingredients
  

  • Maida (all purpose flour) : 2 cups
  • Milk powder : one cup
  • Oil : for frying
  • Milk / Water : as reqd
  • For sugar syrup
  • Sugar : 2 cup
  • Water : one and half cup

Instructions
 

  • Mix together maida and milk powder and make it to a chappathi type dough by adding water/milk as needed.
  • Out of this dough make small balls.
  • Fry the balls till it turns brown.
  • Sugar syrup : Boil one n half cup of water in slight heat.5) As it bubbles add this sugar and heat until sugar completely dissolve. Dont overheat as sugar may get caramelized.
  • Dip these fried balls in the sugar syrup for more than two hours and slightly cool it. For best result keep it overnight.
  • Its mind popping serving gulab jamun as a sweet after heavy foods like biriyani.
