In a pressure cooker, heat oil. Add garam masala, onion and fry it. Add ginger, garlic, chillies and tomato.
Make the mixture smooth. Meanwhile, grind coconut into paste.4) Add turmeric, chilly powder, coriander and salt. 5) Add potato and fry for 2 minutes. 6) Add the coconut paste and mix well.7) Add little water, cover and cook the masala.
