Ingredients
  

  • Spinach : 1 bunch
  • Potato : 2 nos (boiled/mashed)
  • Peas : 1 cup (cooked) optional
  • Onion : 1 no (chopped)
  • Tomato : 2 nos (chopped)
  • Green chillies : 3 nos
  • Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder : ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder : 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder : 1 tsp
  • Garam masala : ½ tsp
  • Salt : as reqd
  • Oil : as reqd

Instructions
 

  • Boil the palak with little water. Grind it with green chillies in a mixer.
  • In a kadai, heat oil. Add onion, garam masala and ginger-garlic paste. Fry well.3) Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander and cumin powder. Fry it again.4) Add tomatoes and mix well. Fry till juice comes out.
  • Add cooked peas.
  • Add mashed potatoes and mix well.
  • Now add the palak paste and boil the gravy (add water if required).
  • Tasty green curry is ready.
