Boil the palak with little water. Grind it with green chillies in a mixer.
In a kadai, heat oil. Add onion, garam masala and ginger-garlic paste. Fry well.3) Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander and cumin powder. Fry it again.4) Add tomatoes and mix well. Fry till juice comes out.
Add cooked peas.
Add mashed potatoes and mix well.
Now add the palak paste and boil the gravy (add water if required).
