Ingredients
  

  • cumin 1/2 sp
  • fennel 1/2 sp
  • ajwain 1/4 sp
  • garlic 2 flakes minced
  • red chili 2
  • onion 1
  • turmeric 1/2 sp
  • salt to taste
  • besan 1 sp
  • red chili powder 1 sp
  • coriander powder 1 sp
  • aum hur powder 1/4 sp
  • garam masala 1/4 sp

Instructions
 

  • heat oil in a pan and temper with cumin, fennel,ajwain. to this add garlic,onion ,red chilli.
  • now add aloo and bindi with salt and turmeric.give a stir. cover and cook
  • make a combo of spice powders, besan, red chili powder, coriander powder, aum chur powder , garam masala
  • when the vegetable is cooked, add the spice powders.
  • when cooked and oil separates serve with roti or rice.
