Aloo Bread Fritters

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Slices Bread
  • 2 Nos. Aloo
  • 1 No. Onion Chopped
  • 1/4 Tsp. Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Dry mango powder
  • 1/4 Tsp. Coriander powder
  • 1 No. Green Chilli Chopped
  • Tomato sauce as needed

For Preparing Coating:

  • 3 Tbsp. Besan
  • A pinch Ajwain
  • 1 Tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/4 Tsp. Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Baking soda A pinch

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil and fry cumin seeds, onions and mix mashed aloo.
  • To this add green chilli, dry mango powder and coriander powder.
  • Take some water and mix besan, salt and remaining ingredients for coating, to a semi thick consistency.
  • In bread slices spread sauce.
  • Over it keep the aloo mix.
  • Close it with another bread and cut in diagonal shape.
  • Dip in besan mix and deep fry it.
