- 2 Nos. Aloo Boiled
- ½ Cup Peas Boiled
- 1 Tsp Red chili
- 2 Tbsp Corn flour
- 1 Tsp Garam masala
- 1 No. Chopped onion
- Salt As reqd
In a bowl add mashed potato, peas, 1 tsp red chili powder, and salt and garam masala.
Now add onion and corn flour and mix well.
Now make flat tikkis. Keep aside.
Now heat a tawa and shallow fry with little oil. Fry the tikkis both sides.
Aloo Peas tikki is ready to serve for tea.
