Remove the skin and seed of avocado. Transfer to a bowl and mash it.
Then add chopped onion.
Add pepper powder and salt as required.
Add hard boiled egg pieces and mayonnaise.
Combine well.
Serve. I always like to eat this avocado egg salad straight out of the bowl when it’s freshly made. But you can top it on your favorite bread or wrap it with lettuce for a low-carb, high-protein meal.
