- Remove the seeds of the dates. 
- Cut the almonds and ripe custard apples into small pieces. 
- Crush the dates in a mixer grinder. 
- Take a plate and put the coconut in it. 
- Add the grinded dates, chopped almonds and ripe custard apple, sugar and a pinch of elaichi powder into the plate. 
- Mix them thoroughly to form a paste. 
- Make small balls with the paste. 
- Take bread and cut the sides of the bread. Do this for all the bread pieces. 
- Take some water in a pot. Dip the bread into it. 
- Squeeze the water out from the bread. 
- Place a ball on the squeezed bread.12) Roll them as if to make a ball.13) Continue the above process for all the breads. 
- Fry them in oil. 
- Serve hot.
