Brown Rice In Dal
A healthy dish with low carb in moong dal gives a high taste and different recipe

- brown rice 1 cup
- moong dal 1/4 cup
- ginger small piece
- pepper corns few
- jeera few
- salt
- red chilli 2 
- green chilli 1
-  cashews few
- ghee 3 sp
- soak brown rice over night  and pressure cook it  with salt ,moong dal and turmeric 
- when cooked smash the food gently 
- in a pan saute ginger crushed pepperr corns,jeera red chilli, green chilli curry leaves with cashews 
- saute all and stir with the cooked rice and serve
