Cut the bread slices like shown in the figure, you can use a steel glass to cut it. Keep the bread circles into a plate and make bread crumbs with the leftover bread pieces. keep it aside.
Caramelize the sugar in a pan on low to medium flame.
When the sugar caramelized and turn into a nice golden brown in color, pour milk into it.
Bring it to boil till the crystalized sugar melt completely in the milk.
Now add the prepared bread crumbs into it,
Reduce the flame and make a creamy caramel sauce. Add more milk if the sauce becomes too dry.
Pour it over the bread circles.
Caramel Bread Sauce Dessert is ready now.
