- 500 ml Milk
- 3 Tbsp Custard powder
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Milk For mixing custard
- 1/4 Cup Sugar For Caramelizing
Mix custard powder in 1/4 cup milk.
Take a pan and add sugar.
Caramelize the sugar.
Transfer the caramelized sugar into a bowl and swirl it immediately to cover all the corners. If you wait longer the caramel will start to get harden.
Boil the milk by adding sugar, and when the milk starts to boil turn the flame low and pour the custard mix.
Mix until everything is well combined. Stir continuously and when it starts to thicken, turn off the flame.
Pour in the caramelised bowl.
Cool down to room temperature and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Finally, unmould the caramel custard or custard pudding and enjoy.
