- For preparing chemmeen gobi stir fry, first cook prawns by adding 1/4 cup water, turmeric powder and required salt. Allow the water to evaporate completely. 
- Take another vessel and pour 1 1/2 cup water. Allow the water to boil and add cauliflower florets and required salt. 
- Boil for 1 minute and remove from fire. Drain off water and keep cauliflower florets aside. 
- Take the cooked chemmeen and cauliflower florets in a vessel. Add crushed garlic, ginger, chilly powder, red color, required salt and mix well. 
- Heat oil in a pan and saute chemmeen gobi mix for sometime until crisp. 
- Add tomato sauce and stir well. Remove from fire and garnish chemmeen gobi stir fry with chopped coriander leaves. 
- Nutritious and yummy chemmeen gobi stir fry is ready. Serve hot.
