- 1/2 Cup Cooked chana
- 1 Cup Cooked potato
- 1/2 Cup Cucumber
- 1/2 Cup Pomegranate
- 1 Tsp Red chilly powder
- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
- ½ Tsp Turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 No. Onion Chopped
- 2 Nos. Green Chilly Chopped
- 1 No. Tomato Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
- Coriander leaves Chopped, few
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- Salt As reqd
Take a bowl and add red chilly powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Pour ½ cup water and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
Add the masala water.
Add the cooked chickpea and add salt as required. Saute till the water dries up and the masala coats the chickpea well.
Cut the veggies and keep it ready.
Take a wide bowl and add masala coated chickpea.
Add chopped onion, green chilly, cucumber and pomegranate.
Add tomato, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt as required.
Add chopped and cooked potato.
Combine well.
Tasty Chickpea Salad is ready now. Serve immediately.
