Chow Chow Bath 
Chow Chow Bhath is a name given to a dish, which is of Karnataka cuisine. Chow Chow Bhath is a two in one dish, sweet and spicy, namely, Kesari Bath (Halwa) and Khara Bhath (Upma), where the main ingredient preparing these two dishes is semolina.

2  cup  Vermicelli   semiya For upma 1  chopped  Onion 2  chopped  Green chili 1  string  Curry leaves Coriander  little Salt  as taste 2  tsp  Ghee Water : 2 cup 1  tsp  mustard and channa dal For kesari 1  cup  Milk 1  cup  Water 1  pinch  Food Color Sugar  ¾ cup ¼  tsp  Cardamom powder 4  tbsp  Ghee Cashew and raisins  little In pan heat ghee for upma and temper mustard, channa dal
 Now add onion and green chili and add curry leaves and coriander
 Now add salt and water and bring to boil and add vermicelli and cook till water drain and keep aside
 Now its kesari. Heat ghee in non stick pan
 Roast cashew and raisin
 Now add vermicelli and fry it
 Now add milk and water cook till milk absorb
 Now add food color and cardamom powder mix wel
 Now add sugar mix well and stir well
 Now serve both in plate Chow Chow bath is ready
