Crab Curry With Coconut Milk 
This is a rich coconut flavoured crab Curry recipe that I learned from my mom.This is also one of of my favorite preparation of crab that goes well with steamed rice,chappathi etc..

Crab 250 g 2  small  Onions 2  Chilly Ginger 1 tsp crushed Garlic 1 tbsp crushed Turmeric powder 1 ts  1  cup  Coconut milk 1/4  tsp  GarmMasala Coriander leaves  few Curry leaves  few Salt to taste  
Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
 Heat oil in a vessel and add crushed ginger,garlic and chopped green chilly and saute for few seconds.
 Then add sliced onion and saute for five minutes.
 When the onion turns soft ,add crab and all powders.
 Add 1 cup water and cook it for 10-15 minutes in medium flame.
 Pour one cup thick coconut milk and curry leaves.
 when it starts boil add chopped coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
 Tasty crab curry with coconut milk is ready now.
