Hot water.
Instructions
Heat a pan and add butter. Then add sliced tomato, onion, green chillies and crushed garlic.
Give them a quick toss and add salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Add hot water and mix well. Add the cheese slices and let it melt.
Combine well and turn off the flame immediately.
Serve it over Bread or White rice.
