Field Bean Pumpkin Masala
this is purely south indian dish and this is good combination for rice

- pealed and chopped pumpkin   1 cup
- boiled field bean / avarakka       1 cup
- chopped onion                            1 cup
- red chilli                                       2 no.
- salt                                              to taste
- sambar powder                            1 tsp
- oil                                                 3 tsp
- mustard                                        1/2 tsp
- broken black gram                         1/4 tsp
- curry leaves                                 1 bunch
- grated coconut                             3 tsp    
- in a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard, broken black gram, curry leaves and red chilli 
- add onion and saute it 
- add chopped pumpkin and mix it and allow to boil for 2 mins 
- add salt,and sambar powder and mix well 
- now add field bean/ avarakkai and mix it for 1 min 
- add water and allow to boil until the pumpkin get boiled and the water get dry 
- now turn off the flame and add grated coconut 
- field bean pumpkin masala is ready, serve with rice
