Fried Potato Balls

These are deep fried potato balls which turns execellent when served with ketchup. The potatoes are boiled and mashed up. It is mixed with butter , salt and pepper, Now this preparation is kept in fridge for some time and then fried as balls. They are crispy outside soft and juicy inside.

Ingredients
  

  • potato 2
  • butter 1 sp
  • salt to taste
  • pepper 1 sp
  • egg yolk 1
  • maida to dust

Instructions
 

  • boil and mash potatoes and add salt and pepper.
  • add butter
  • add egg yolk
  • mix and set in fridge for half an hour.
  • now roll to balls and dust it in flour
  • fry the balls in oil
  • serve hot with tomato sauce.
