Cut pork into medium sized pieces, remove outer layer of the skin, wash and keep aside. Marinate with salt and pepper powder.
Grind together all masala ingredients into a paste: red chilly powder, black pepper, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom cumin seeds, ginger/garlic paste and keeps aside.
Saute the onion in oil.
Add the ground masala and wait till the oil separates from the masala.
Add the pork along with curry leaves and pressure cook up to 3 whistles.
Add more hot water, if needed.
:- Check if pork is completely cooked and tender.
Add curry leaves and stir well.
