Kerala Style Spicy Fish Curry 
Kerala Style Spicy Fish Curry is a traditional Kerala style spicy, tangy fish curry. This fish curry is a good combination for rice, Chappathi. The speciality is the fish curry is prepared in a clay pot.

750  gm  Fish 1 1/2  tbsp  Red Chilli Powder 1/4  tsp  Turmeric Powder 1/4  tsp  Pepper Powder 1/4  tsp  Fenugreek Powder 1  no  Green Chilly 100  gm  Chopped Onion 2  tsp  Chopped Ginger 2  tsp  Chopped Garlic 10  leaves  Curry Leaves 2  tbsp  Oil 1  tsp  Mustard 1/2  tsp  Salt 2  pieces  Kudam Puli 250  ml  Water Clean the Fish and cut into medium size pieces and put it in the Clay Pot(preferably for more taste).
Heat Oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
Add chopped Onions,ginger and garlic and fry it untill golden brown.
Add Green Chilly and Curry Leaves and slow down the heating to minimum.
Add the Red Chilly powder, turmeric,pepper Powder,Fenugreek podwer and heat it for a short time and switch off the heating .
Add water to it and transfer the gravy to clay pot.
Add Kudam puli  and cook the fish in medium flame untill fully cooked
