- chop the onion, green chilli, carrot, beans, capsicum, cabbage 
- in a pan heat the oil, add onion and green chilli and saute it until onion turn into golden brown 
- add carrot, beans, capsicum, cabbage and mix well 
- add salt, red chilli powder, and cumin seed powder and mix well 
- add ginger garlic paste and mix it and allow to fry for 10 minutes in medium flame 
- add left over rice and mix well 
- garnish with grated paneer and serve hot
