For preparing Meat Puffs, first heat oil in a pan. Place the shredded meat in it.
Add the remaining ingredients {except puff sheets}: green chillies, garlic cloves, ginger, red onion, garam masala along with salt and allow it to fry for 5 mins on a medium heat. You can add one mashed potato too and mix well.
When done, remove from fire and keep aside.
Take puffs pastry sheets and thaw them. While thawing, do not thaw at one full stretch since there will be difficulty to open. So halfway while thawing, while it is yet stiff, open the sheets and spread out. Roll them a little with the rolling pin.
Cut them into {four X four} inches square pieces.
Place the stuffing on one half of the sheet and fold the remaining half back.
Take a little amount of water and press both the ends of stuffed puffs.
Repeat the procedure for the remaining stuffing.
Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 - 15 mins or till light brown and crispy.
Add some ghee or butter on top of it {optional}.
