MIllet Palak Rice
this is a south indian dish ,commonly preferred as a good  variety  rice ,since it is a good iron rich food.

- cooked millet rice 1 cup ( i have taken bran yard)
- moong dal 1/2 cup
- palak chopped 1cup
- onions 1 cup
- tomatoes chopped 1/2 cup
- mustard 1 sp
- jeera 1 sp
- ginger chopped1/2 sp
- red chillies 3 nos
- oil 5 sp
- ghee2 sp
- salt to taste
- cook moong dal in water 
- when half cooked add palak turmeric and 1/2 sp jeera 
- in a pan add mustard jeera ginger and red chillies 
- add onions when soft add tomatoes to it 
- to this add cooked palak and cooked millet rice 
- stir well with salt and ghee and serve
